Kong is professor / tutor.He established in 2000 at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Jilin University.He is the head of the department so far. Currently,he is memberof the Steering Committee of any teaching Ministry of Education Industrial Engineering, and he is Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Industrial Engineering Society members, Jilin Institute of Industrial Engineering Society. Mainly,he engaged in the manufacturing system design and planning, reliability, maintenance and decision-making, human quality accident analysis, manufacturing system reconstruction modeling, simulation and optimization theory. 1995--1998 under the tutelage of a Professor Yu Jun, the former Jilin University of Technology Department of Mechanical Engineering in machine tool dynamics, mechanical manufacturing process theory.
