Personal Experience:

From 1991 to 1995,major in Automotive Body of the Automotive Institute at the former Jilin University of Technology and get a Bachelor's degree. After graduation, work in Science and Education Company as a clerk. From 1996 to 1997, take up the post of Jie Lin Corporation’s manager in Russia. After returning from Russia, serve as department manager in Science and Education Company. In 2000, study the core specialty courses of Technology Economy and Management on my own, take part in the National Entrance Examination for Postgraduate and eventually get the first in entrance examination and then study for a master's degree. In 2003, gain the qualification of pursuing for a doctor's degree directly as the top student in the field of study after graduating from the Master. In 2007, the doctoral dissertation has been approved once only and get straight As in the anonymous review system. After graduation from Doctoral, teach in the Mechanical Science and Engineering Institute settling in the field of the Industrial Engineering. In 2010, be appointed as an associate professor.

Teaching and Scientific Research:

In the aspect of teaching,mainly teach two professional compulsory courses and an elective course of undergraduate students and three courses of master students. Only in 5 years, have opened four new simulation courses for the undergraduate students as well as master students and doctors majoring in the Industrial Engineering, in addition, add experiments for undergraduate classes. Earnestly carry out the lesson plans according to the curriculum in class, stick to modify the courseware annually, update textbook constantly, make my own teaching aids and spend some of my spare time to provide tutorial assistance addressing individual student needs. The teaching effect turn out be good according to the evaluation of students, craft brothers and experts. Furthermore, mentor the graduation design of 29 undergraduates, act as a teacher in charge of the 2007, 2009 and 2014 undergraduate classes of the Industrial Engineering, be twice awarded such titles as Outstanding Class Teacher of the Mechanical Science and Engineering Institute.

In the aspect of scientific research, have traveled to Ural Industry Research Institute in Russia and studied the optimized question in production process with Dr. Euler and engineer Velia. Moreover, visit the Wu Xianming Manufacturing Center at University of Michigan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lab and Detroit Ford Motor Factory in America. As the main participant, involve in the National Natural Science Foundation projects, National Science and Technology Major Project and projects of Science and Technology Department of Jilin Province. In addition,carry out extensive exchanges and cooperation with a number of enterprises such as Xugong Construction Machinery Group, Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co. Ltd., Jiangsu YanCheng Corma Electronic Equipment co. Ltd.,etc. In 2009, as the Principal Investigator, undertake a study on modeling and simulation optimization of the vehicle inspection process for Daqing Road Service Automobile Integrated Performance Service Station. In 2015, lead the team to do the lean improvement and simulate on production line balancing for FAW Jiefang Automotive Co. Ltd.. Ultimately, as the production line balancing rate improves, the working strength of the laborers reduces.

When doing the Project Demonstration of the Templet Processing Line Transformation for an enterprise, find there is a major issue in a set of new plans of the line transformation, which is the calculations on the Capacity checking in the part of processing line transforming the linear type into the U type are astray. After that, remodify the primary calculation formula and model, weight the time of debris clear, water injection, tool changing, maintenance and other factors into the primary calculation formula and model, use the simulating method containing empirical data calculation, Flexsim, eM-Plant and manual continuous simulation to simulate the old and new solutions for many times in order to make contrastive analysis. In the end, make sure that the capacity of the new project cannot meet the market demand, avoiding the incalculable economic losses timely. In 2016, take charge of the lean improvement and simulation optimization for FAW Light Bridge Base, assisting the enterprise to design the overall production workshop logistics planning scheme.

After years of practice,the research team has accumulated rich experience in many aspects such as lean improvement, the production process simulation optimization, the overall workshop layout, production line layout design and warehousing logistics route improvement, etc. And furthermore, have a deep understanding of and insight into the application of the general purpose simulation software in actual production, for instance, Flexsim, eM-Plant, Witness, AutoMod, Arena, etc. At present, the research team is working on the research about the lean production to enhance the process of manufacturing industry as well as production system simulation optimization, etc. In the meantime, based on the project——Technology of the development in detection system based on the workshop production process simulation, the research team is studying on segments process and optimization, establishing different models and solutions, using a variety of simulation software to do the contrastive analysis, striving to help enterprises to determine the optimal production operation mode and improve the economic benefit and operation efficiency. As the first originator, obtain three national invention patents, two utility model patents and published 23 academic papers of which 1, 12 and 10 papers are selected by SCI (Science Citation Index), EI (Engineering Index) and core journals, respectively.
