MEMS laboratory attended The 6th Japan-China-Korea MEMS/NEMS Conference

Sep.23rd to 25th,MEMS LAB leaded by Prof Dongfang Wang attended the 6th Japan-China-Korea MEMS/NEMS Conference held in Xi’an Jiaotong University.In the conference, Doctoral representative Liu Huan introduced the team general situation and research progress.Three master graduate student Li Xiaodong, Du Xu and Fu Yupeng made oral reports representing their research. Liu Huan and Li Xiaodong acquired Best Paper Award for Poster and Best Paper Award for Oral Presentation respectively.The awards was issued by Chinese academy of engineering Jiang Zhuangde on evening party.The award-winning papers are Micro/Nano Manufacturing and Its Applications - Under One Roof Report - Part III(presented by Liu Huan); Cantilever-based MEMS DC Current Sensor Device for End-use Monitoring of DC Power Supply (presented by Li Xiaodong).
Japan-China-Korea MEMS/NEMS Conference was founded in 2010 and had been held for 5 terms hitherto. The predecessor of the conference is Japan-China-Korea MEMS/NEMS Bilateral seminar which was held in XiangShan, Beijing in 2006. As one of the originator of the conference, Prof Dongfang Wang hold the post of advisory committee member and chairman of the conference. Jilin University took part and assisted the conference as the funding organization and committee member.
